To CONFIRM your sponsorship:

1) Your business name (or the way you would like to be listed)

2) Sponsorship level

3) Point of contact name, email and phone number

4) T-shirt sizes (if applicable, based on your sponsorship package)

5) Two versions of your logo (one single color, high resolution Vector art/EPS or PDF, AND one full color jpg, if applicable)
