The Inwood Hollow Dolphins Swim Team is a neighborhood recreational swim team comprised of youth living in Inwood Hollow and surrounding communities. It is committed to creating a rewarding experience for youth to learn about competitive swimming, while enjoying a fun and healthy summer activity.

The team’s coaching staff work on many aspects of competitive swimming skills, including all of the strokes, starts, and turns, in a way that make it fun and exciting for kids to learn and be fit. At the end of summer league, many of our swimmers continue in the sport by participating in year-round swim programs throughout the area.

The Inwood Hollow Swim Team is part of the Lone Star Summer Swim League (LSSSL). There are 4 divisions within the League (A, B, C and D) based on team size and performance. The Inwood Hollow Dolphins currently compete in Division D of the LSSSL along with Woods of Shavano, Hunters Creek, Castle Hills Forest, Churchill Estates and Promontory Pointe.

Because the team is only for children 5-18, adults with children younger than 5 wishing to participate in swimming lessons should check in to the Tadpole Program.
