We are very excited to be hosting a swim meet and hope everyone has a wonderful experience.

Please note that our pool is a 25-meter pool with 4 lanes. We use starting blocks for the individual and relay starts and in-water exchanges for 12 & under relays at the shallow end. Reminder, each team is responsible for bringing your own heat sheets for your volunteers. Inwood Hollow will provide stop watches, DQ slips, clipboards, and pencils.

Event Entries: The deadline for Hy-Tek meet entries is 6 pm on Thursday before the meet. Please submit the roster and entries by email to our computer expert Matt McCaffrey at [email protected] and cc: [email protected].

Volunteer Information: We request the visiting team volunteer questions be directed to our Volunteer Coordinator, Ellyn Sillick-Nash, at [email protected].

Meet Time: Please reference meet specific email regarding start, warm-up and conclusion times. Depending on the weather and size of the event these may change. We attempt to start meets at 8:00 am. Time permitting we will have a parents and/or coaches relay; please bring suits if interested.

Head Timer, Timers, and Stroke & Turn Judges Meetings: On deck - 15 minutes before scheduled Meet Start Time.

Ready Bench: Meet at the Ready Bench on the west side of the pool.

Runners: Meet by computer (located under the clubhouse roof on the south side of the pool).

Volunteers: Please provide the appropriate number of team volunteers to operate a swim meet. Questions may be sent to our volunteer coordinator. 

Ribbons: Our ribbons coordinator will print ribbons for place winners.

Visiting Age Group Areas: You will be located in the grass by the fence along the north side of the pool. Please bring your own pop ups and chairs.

Parking: Parking is limited. The parking lot entrance closest to the pool will be blocked off. The entrance gate to the neighborhood will be open from 7 am to ~12 noon and the exit gate opens automatically. Parking is available along the interior streets adjacent to the pool area. Parking on Grants Lake is not allowed on the West side of the street. Please be good to our neighbors and do not block driveways.

Concessions: We will have a concession stand throughout the meet. Breakfast tacos, coffee, water, Gatorade, sodas, snacks, and other foods will be available.

Concessions are cash only please.
