Happy Thursday, Dolphin Families!

As we prepare for the first meet of the season against Woods of Shavano on Saturday, May 30th, we wanted to send some information on the meet for your use.

The meet is at our pool on Saturday morning. The parking lot will be blocked off with all parking on the streets. Please be mindful of not blocking driveways. The gate code (for those of you that don't live in the neighborhood) is #2993.

Our swimmers will sit in age groups under canopies next to the covered pavilion. Our parents will be set up next to and around this area as well. Parents, please bring a chair for your use if you desire.

Arrival time is 6:30 AM Saturday morning. Please have your swimmer there and ready to go for warm ups by 6:40 as our warm-up time is from 6:45 - 7:15 AM. The coaches will be ready to get them organized and ready to enter the water at exactly 6:45 to take advantage of the warm-up time. The other team will warm up from 7:15 - 7:45 with meet start time of 8:00 AM.

Please also mark your swimmer with their event information. Note: Heat sheets will be sent out on Friday in a separate e-mail. Please print a copy for your use if desired. Copies will not be available to parents at the pool. For more detail on how to mark you swimmer, please visit the below link:

Volunteers - after you get your kids settled, please be sure to check in at the volunteer table to get your assignment and ask any questions you have. We still need some help in crucial roles...please be ready to help out if needed (no experience necessary) and sign up if possible. Concessions will be available for purchase. Free coffee will also be available.

We ask that all parents help keep their swimmers engaged and not running off from the meet area. Each age group has a "Head Parent" that helps organize the swimmers and ensure they don't miss any of the events. However, they cannot keep up with them if they are running off to the park to play and/or somewhere other than the team area. Please help us keep track of your kids and ensure they don't miss their events.
